Q: Is this product difficult to install?

A: Not at all. The baseboard comes pre-drilled, and all acrylic pieces are pre-peeled for your convenience, allowing for easy installation. (Please note that pre-peeled acrylic may have minor scratches, but this does not affect the decorative effect. If you prefer the protective film to remain intact, you can request this in your confirmation email, though installation may become slightly more complex.)

 

Q:How long after my order is placed will it be shipped?

A:Since all our products are custom-made, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–4 business days. This ensures every item is crafted with care and precision. During peak demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days to maintain our high-quality standards.

 

Q:How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A:Shipping times vary by customer location and product shipping location, however orders arrive in approximately 5-10 business days.

 

Q:Will I receive a confirmation number after I place my order?

A:Yes, all customers will receive a confirmation number to the email they provide during checkout.

Q: Do you accept Refund?
